Must Have Skills
• 12-20 yrs IT exp.
• Experience in digital Commerce, Marketing and Customer experience space
• Deep understanding of solution aspects in digital marketing / Digital Commerce / Digital Portals / Mobility / Chatbots / Next Gen CX technologies – covering Technical & Functional
• Deep understanding of functional areas of Digital commerce, Digital marketing, Digital customer exp/self-service.
Tie Breaker Skills
• Can create end user personas, customer journey maps, identifying critical needs, points of friction and creating new digital experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, Digital Customer experience
• Good in state-of-the-art technologies, platforms and products in digital commerce/marketing/mobility and chatbots
• Has played a critical role in delivering digital transformation program in digital commerce/marketing/mobility.
